Linda and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at Catterson Construction that were involved on the renovation project at our second home in Waretown. A project of this size and scope was new to us and in the beginning, we were faced with a lot of unknowns and questions for such a project. We reached out to different construction companies and were met with either no response or “I'll get back to you” with no follow up. It was a pleasure to have an almost immediate call from you after we sent a project request on your web page. To be willing to meet with us on a Sunday to discuss our project was a very pleasant surprise. It fit our schedule as we visit the Waretown house usually only on weekends.

I must add that your proposal spelled out exactly what was involved in detail and the entire process from start to finish was painless due to constant communication for updates and questions. The changes we asked for in midstream were handled professionally without complaint and with a "no problem” approach that we appreciate. We want to thank you for the attention to detail and going the extra step for such things as priming the walls and painting the ceiling and baseboard covers in the bathroom. It was a welcomed and appreciated step.

Once again Sean, thank you for making this remodel project a painless and pleasant process. We also received many compliments on the workmanship of the changes made to our house. This makes our choice for future work much easier to make.
